Yes . I think if you look at mbvax patent you will find they add in their coley toxin mixture similar DNA type adjuvant. Mbvax doesn't exist anymore - they went out of business. This is another scam. They had investors at the beginning but later on lost investor faith probably because investors figured coley toxin can't actually be patented because anybody else can come with similar thing but just a bit different (different dead bacteria...). The clinical results of around 89 patients they treated using their fluid were impressive considering the fact all of the patients were under compassionate care program in Canada. They had many durable complete responders even a stage 4 lung cancer with metastases to liver and kidney who entered complete remission after 1 year treatment .
