I think it's better to release the PR update early in the morning than late afternoon.
This way, everyone can just join the game, and the volume & PPS will go up.
Momentum and positive energy will drive up the PPS.

But if news comes in the late afternoon, then not much time to react. iT TOTALLY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF THE GREAT PR NEWS.

Waiting till the next day, the momentum, the impulse $$$$ already gone, and by that time, the well planned professional pumpers and dumpers are ALL already in full force to TOY with the PPS.
