You make some good points in that this company does not have a history of over diluting....always a good sign when looking at these OTCs. The problem is that there was little interest in it before the recent run up and short term traders quickly get discouraged and bail at the first sign of lost momentum. The only thing left is to see who’ll be there to catch those shares being sold by the momentum people getting out? If it holds up over its previous highs (before the run up) and there’s a good 10Q, then yes- it might be worth looking at. Good luck
