LOL, Michaels is a joke! MM's don't call stinky, scum pinkey's like HPNN. Michaels is lying again! This just doesn't happen.

Also, Michaels couldn't do a reverse split if his life depended on it! He would love to do another split, however it would never be approved by SEC / FINRA. The regulations would never permit it.

So, for Michaels to say "no reverse split on my radar", it's a moot point. The company is a total fraud.
