The problem with these OTCs is that once people take profits (ie mostly shareholders that have little to no cost basis or toxic holders)....they almost NEVER comeback into the stock from the long side! They’re likely waiting to be issued more paper (shares) for free or simply lend the company more money on toxic terms!
