Wrong...ECOS gets 50% of the GROSS PROFIT (or mark up) on each machine sale. (approx $100 gross on each $650,000 machine goes to each ECOS and LRS), and it all goes through the JV). The Korean Manufacturer gets the rest.

Separately, ECOS makes 40% of any NET PROFIT on by-product sales through the JV.
NET PROFITS on by-product are only to be allocated to the partners at the end of each fiscal year of the JV.

Don't expect much cash flow to ECOS from by-product sales before 2019??

It's all clearly laid out in the Dec 2016 agreements.
