Yep, we know that too. The extra mil doesn't bother me. The lower conversion price for the entire offering was very disappointing to me, as I said at the time. You would think 50 cents was adequate since, as the CEO update in the same 8-K said, "....deliver [CURA] in March or April. This coincides well with the end of our pilots that we hope to convert to large sales."
