It’s not climbing because the CEO who is a POS has been caught in several lies... so nobody trust those numbers that are in the audit ....the BOOKS are COOKED ( fabricated numbers ) where is the challenge in seeing that ???The Market is reacting accordingly ...it is saying we do not believe those numbers to be true ...that’s the bottom-line
