i don;t see the big deal either..

A buyback is in progress as has been announced numerous times and the MM is gathering up X number of shares, as he's supposed to, at the cheapest possibe price, giving him the highest possible spread....

you ask if there's manipulation?? of course there is...

just wait till it's over though and .01, .015, .02 .... lol....seem soooooo CHEAP!!
