IFXY themselves are to blame for this contraction. They should have never delayed the ICO. IMO that reason they give was BS. Now its a matter of trust; will shareholders hang on to their shares AGAIN in anticipation of Feb 8th? Well some may not want to take that chance faring another 'delay'. That said, if they launch the ICO as planned on Thursday 8th Feb we can see IXFY easily double from these levels.
