Will ONCI CEASE TRADE ORDER be removed soon in Canada?

In other words, is Steve BERMAN just LAZY or INCOMPETENT?

Yes, I agree. However, The Canadian CTO cease trade order still stands & it needs to be removed.

... is still FULLY IN FORCE in Canada?

I know because I tried purchasing some ONCI and my online broker won't let me. I even called to have a trader place the trade manually and the trader couldn't and confirmed the Cease Trade Order is still in the database and in effect?

WHY?
