Over whelming evidence ?

Did the SEC forget to present it to the judge? LMBO

Over 3 years after SEC charged The FAB18 they are still on business.

After 1 year of the Summary Judgement seems like the judge doesn't believe the """" evidence is over whelming """"

Isn't he the that decides or is this a case decided on social media opinion ?

I expose Illegal Naked Short Selling scams to gain knowledge about how the illegal activity effects innocent investors in effected penny stocks caused by the NSS Players. I have not received any compensation for my services. Only a few thank yous
