It's been a year since the Summary Judgement hearing.
Wonder where that decision is?

Treaty pled guilty a year ago and " allegedly " violate the terms of the settlement on a daily basis. And were to be revoked like 3 years. They always are.
Any thought when will TECO be revoked?

Wasn't Henry going to be sanctioned 3 years ago?
How long does that usually take if you know? The process must be lengthy for it to take this long
