Just as bad, the shareholders believe that lightweight CFO who lied on the earnings call that nasrats preferred & warrants dont have ratchet provisions lol

They dont even bother to read the purchase agreement where its all laid out in black & white

ITs really sad... lost cause for many of them - way over their heads
