Buy-out notification
Still nothing. (Pre GE) Arcam has always sent out investor information for shareholders as long as I've been a shareholder.
It would be nice to see GE's offering price that already has been disputed.
During GE's initial offer in September of 2016, all investor information concerning the offer (and all subsequent communications throughout GE's share purchase) came via my broker, Fidelity. I have Arcam stock in three different accounts there. Each account recieved every communication.
Is this how GE operates?

Once constituted, the arbitral tribunal will publish instructions regarding the buy-out proceeding in the Swedish Official Gazette (Sw. Post och Inrikes Tidningar) and Svenska Dagbladet. Such instructions will also be sent to the shareholders whose address is known to Arcam.
