Just because a packaging system is FDA approved, it doesn't mean it is State approved. Advantis packaging systems are by State by State MJ approved because each State has there own labeling and packaging restrictions and laws for pharmaceutical and recreational uses. So far, Advantis packaging systems are in 22 locations in the United States and growing. There is a good possibility KUSH bottles for MJ packaging are not approved for every State even though you say it is FDA approved.

For your information. ADVT is a pink sheet company and not yet a fully reporting company. However, it is working to get uplisted. They (ADVT) have stated they expect to be a fully reporting this year, 2018.
