Total nonsense. The company has made no provisions that indicate any benefit to shareholders of any kind. Now they are simply trying to buy time and avoid legal action until the SOL runs its course.

So. far, the company has proven themselves to be selfish thieves. They remain so until proven differently by their actions.

Any attempt to exonerate them and excuse their larcenous behaviour toward the very people that gave them money to start the business is insulting, to say the least.
