Before the purchase of the Nasdaq delisting, I put the chances of reverse split at about 75 percent but since they decided to firmly go into OTC, I would say 25 percent. Companies can thrive in OTC. Idk about the notes, maybe are someone else can answer that. With the purchase of a new hospital, I would say they're trying to get the stock price up the old fashion way.
