I would assume that soon JF will be taking a back seat and new CEO (ascend global guy can't think of his name) will be the new guy communicating. There's some layers here between the million dollar loan and change in leadership and everywhere between. This is unprecedented to my experience as I've never seen a public company get rolled into a MLM. I feel personally I'm in a good position with low risk but the reward could be life changing or a couple thousand bucks. I'm assuming they are being very methodical and or taking as much time as they can to work through the process. Just off the contract it's clear that they are toe stepping.
