Seems like an obvious case of a diversionary smoke and mirrors tactic to me by SB because the audited financials will not be released to day as promised. I don't know though.It does seem odd .I thought I heard or read of US Warranty Corp previously but I couldn't remember where. Thanks for tying this together , 'golf-at-noon-daily'

Edit: I am long ONCI also for now.
