Y IS FAGI DILUTING SO MUCH? Y_WOULD_GRUPO_GIVE_UP_35%(&rising)_of_a $286M_Biz_to_list_on_OTC when all they had to do was file some paperwork to avoid suspension from trading only a short few years ago?

Why would FAGI pay Grupo $1.5M when they are diluting to pay off debt at converts of 0.0025/share? That only dilutes Grupo's stake, Grupo would have been better off buying the debt themselves.

Any ideas?
