-better yet, i'm guessing you're shorting the stock...or you have a personal relationship that you don't like because much of your previous post is so easily explained if you talk to the company or a close investor. Your S.1 comment is no where near correct, with not being able to sell the first offer and getting people to buy it?? The S1A was an adjustment of share volume. Also, read the S1, the company isn't marketing that $15m to investors, it's a commitment from the VC firm, the "smart money" to invest via the 'put' security...so i'd follow it if i'm an investor.
this company is going places folks, making tremendous waves in a new industry/technology..sure they've had roadbumps, i've been here for some, but the team is the most persistent group of professionals and entreprenuers that won't quit. if you read their recent PR, they're also looking at acquiring another firm in the industry, very excited to see where that goes. and that's new news from past PR showing progress and stability for future...solving energy and water needs for a huge target market people!
$15M investor, top two projects seem to be moving along with hopeful news coming soon, seem comfortable to look at acquisitions now...yessirr Go $CPWR!
