You have to pass the bill so you can see what's in the bill.

If they had any financing or licensing or any way to put value on InWith's $50/share guess they would have done it imo.

Unfortunately the proxy gave nothing that would induce any credible buying of EPGL IMO. If this were real or even appeared to be real EPGL share price would reflect that IMO.
