Ok I know we should not call the company but out of frustration for the past 5 days not getting in touch with MAM I called Sulja. ---Spoke with Dave @ Sulja –said he is the Sales Mgr in Harrow office, not sure how much he knows but this is what he told me. BTW...Told him to let the higher ups know they are in desperate need of a new IR firm, MAM is pathetic not returning calls or responding to investors.

He basically said that the audit process involves verifying documentation and that things that the auditors need can’t be written on a piece of paper or jotted down, they need official paperwork to verify things. According to him there were items that needed the proper documentation and that Sulja was in the process of providing those items and that takes time. He said he thought it would be 1-2 weeks before the audit was finalized and that Sulja wanted to make sure it was done 100% correct since it was there very first audit. So patience…... I can wait!
