I try to read everything. I'm an avid reader. I don't recall seeing the "merit" being detailed. Are you telling me that the decision does indeed reveal how the orig panel decision is pulled apart and deemed incorrect? Are you saying that the orig panel decision did not also give merit to their decision? Are you saying that the new decision details the merit of how the individual claims against it were invalid? Or did it skip over all that and just say there was merit? I'm not being sarcastic and I do read as much as I can and I'm asking these question genuinely. I remember things like sweeping statements w/o supporting data. Am I wrong? I hope you will answer each above question.
