There is no merger anymore. FINRA wanted a stock swap to be completed before they approved the name/symbol change.

The stock swap was already effected on January 17th, 2018. Here's the filing:

Unfortunately, even with the stock swap, FINRA hasn't approved the name/symbol change.

I believe this is because of Matt's past. So they may not approve based on this, however, I don't know what will happen.
