I'm not really sure how to help you with this. The company has been private for a little over a week. During that time we have learned several things: (1) that Terry Haggerty is back working with/on behalf of the company, and that (2) he is willing to engage directly with any shareholder; (3) that company financials are available for the first three quarters of 2017 and (4) that full year financials and commentary will be issued shortly; (5) that the company is trying to compile a complete shareholder list in as efficient manner as possible.
It is unfortunate that the revocation was delayed by bureaucratic nonsense that had nothing to do with the company and also that SEC regulations did not allow any formal contact during the period of "non compliance". So, I think it is highly likely that there was a "plan" in place, which now appears to be in process.
I'm uncertain as to why you are unwilling to contact the company directly (assuming you are still a shareholder). At the least, you would be able to receive certain financial information and also to articulate your concerns and to have them addressed - whether you choose to accept/believe the response is up to you, of course, but I think it would be more productive for everyone if all shareholders were fully informed.
