That is what was being stated that FINRA not the OTC will delist the stock all together. If FINRA delists a stock all together it means the ticker symbol is no longer valid, FINRA does not "delist" stocks that go from current to pink to limited, that is all handled by the OTC market place not FINRA, FINRA manages all ticker symbols across all exchanges and if FINRA delists your symbol you are done.
