POMPANO BEACH, FL, Jan. 31, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GoooGreen, Inc. (OTC: GOOO) announced that management has published its 2017 year end Information and Disclosure Statement. The company is attempting to modify the company’s forward direction to include topical and organic natural and plant based (otc) “over the counter” health care products which the company believes will boost shareholder value. The company is implementing actions to move the company’s core business structure into the homeopathic / self applied or consumed health care product market. Negotiations are in process to implement acquisitions including topical and oral organic, natural ingredient products.
