I’m going to laugh when the company sues you for using his name like that.

Obviously the poster has not been following Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton's antics as long as I! LOL! "THE CLOWN" is nickname, a term of endearment! A lawsuit for defamation? Sorry, but it ain't happening!

Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton tried the lawsuit threat during his wood pellet and kitty litter days! FYI...THE CLOWN was not threatening to sue related to his nickname! It was about being accused of fraud and running a scam! Bobo even claimed to have his lawyers trying to pry poster information from IHUB. It was announced in the quarterly SEC filing that "several John Does" were to be prosecuted. When all the dust settled, there was a specific claim that a single named individual in South Florida had received a "cease & desist", which is far different than being prosecuted for slander! Interestingly, a check of PACER never showed any sort of legal action against the named defendant in South Florida! Hmmm...it appears the claimed action was simply more Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton BS!

OTOH...it is reasonable to assume that Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton is in fact on the SEC's radar!

It is interesting to note that THE CLOWN has never issued a lawsuit threat, since KGET was "reincarnated" as a MJ venture in December 2016. The "scam" claims remain constant, but Bobo will NEVER risk being cross-examined in a courtroom! A cross-examination would be a very high-risk proposition! If an actual trial were to happen and law enforcement were to be watching, the THE CLOWN could easily find himself in a fluorescent orange jumpsuit, due to his plethora of misstatements, which served to crush the GDTK and KGET investors! What's more, litigation takes money and KGET has none!
