When people mention; the past is behind us. We refer to the organization led by Ray and company. This New Visual Entertainment company which boasted 3D technology and a new communications technology by Blevins & Sheppard called Cu@ocx.

Yes, this past is behind us. Many of those BOD's are no longer with this present company. Of those that remain we are told more changes are imminent. The 3D and Cu@ocx technologies are no longer incorporated in our business plan.

Today, New Visual corporation no longer exsists and it is replaced with Rim semiconductor. The CEO of RSC, Brad Ketch comes from the heart of this industry. With over 18 years experience creating shareholder value through broadband telecommunications products and services, Mr. Ketch, from October 2001 to March 2002 served as CEO of Kentrox LLC, a manufacturer and marketer of data networking equipment. At Kentrox, Mr. Ketch was responsible for a company with 260 employees and $90 million in annual revenues. From January 2001 to October 2001 Mr. Ketch implemented strategic plans for telecom service providers and equipment manufacturers. From February 1999 to January 2001 he was senior VP of Sales and Marketing for HyperEdge Corporation, a company he co-founded. HyperEdge acquired and integrated broadband access equipment manufacturers to further enable service providers to deliver broadband access to the "Last Mile". Prior work experience included positions with Nortel Networks, Bell South and a division of Cincinnati Bell. Ray who has been instrumental in keeping New Visual afloat through this transition has handed the reins over to Brad to bring RSC to success. Although unpopular with many of the shareholders at the moment, still brings value and his commitment in helping Brad Ketch build this company.

Whereas some can not see his accomplishments, there exists much necessary progress under his short position at the helm. These accomplishments are not limited to having our technology Embarq finished and refined through our partner Zaiq industries. Brad has cleaned up our balance sheet and lowered expenses while we pursue the development of our first FPGA incorporating Embarq. He has opened the door for us to many of his valuable contacts in the industry.

To say nothing has been accomplished is your opinion of what you believe has occured. Shareholders wouldn't say that, investors who don't believe what the executives of their invested company's say , well they sell. Are you no longer a shareholder or do you believe Ketch and company are building Embarq technology?
