I told everyone this was a big SCAM, and no one listen. Now they see their hard earn money getting ready to get the hell diluted out of it straight to no man's land. This is nothing but an ATM Machine. His other business didn't work in getting them what they want, now he is using the America people to scam from so he and his family and friends can live a luxury life. Also his company came up with a pension plan to get the America people to pay for in Israel. How dumb can you be to fall for this bull. A start up company over seas using the America people to funds his and his family retirement pension plan thru the USA STOCK MARKET, and the company is not able to generate enough income to maintain its self.

This is a start up company how in the hell do you get away with scamming the America Market out of money to pay for a damn pension plan. I wonder who was the SEC who approve this scam. The head of the SEC need to take a deeper look into this matter. Now they're trying to pull another scam by ask for shares to dumps that they're not going to tell the shareholders how many shares they're going to dump and how long they're planning on dumping the shares into the market.

Get your head out of the sand shareholders, you're about to be bamboozle big time out of your money by oversea crooks.
