Quilt. I've been here a while and wholeheartedly agree with your response.
Interesting the the CEO of ATVI is leaving
at time as a ruling in our favor would be a blemish on his career and maybe he might not be able to get another CEO job

If we can get back the patents we lost
I think a lot of these companies will run to talk rather than being anonymous and potentially get hit for treble damages

I think Scot us will determine or define more closely that a patent is a property right and present their guidelines or direct Congress to do so indirectly


Could you imagine if a settlement was made for sfmtock in each one of these companies rather than cash who would be the beneficiaries.

Our chances of a favorable outcome has greatly increased.
