You nailed it the most insulting thing I ever seen in my life. You got to

have balls to in 1 breath talk about having audited financials for 2016

and 2017 and aledged they were really far along because of the supposed

to merge. Yet you can't have the same CPA audit 1 quarter and have us to

believe he has a auditor already working on the audit. That makes no

sense except he has no intentions of ever having a 2016 and 2017 audit.

I doubt if has the cash to pay for a audit but he had probably rather die

and go to hell than have those lies of profits revealed. I doubt if he

has the cash to promote BloodGeast or any other movie. I get the feeling

he is down to 1 foot on a banana peeling and the other out the door.

We are down to posting the same promises day after day yet not 1 of

them has happened. In other words hoping the stock stays high enough to

sell some in due time. We could have had a 3rd grader do as good of a job

and probably knew the difference between a flop movie and one that people

would like and see. I doubt if total attendance to the movies he did

get shown that over the years 2,000 people have seen them. He never had

1 movie that made anything.
