Clownfish are so funny! More like Parrot fish actually! Certainly not an original thought among them:

5. Further, Mr. clownfish continues the irrelevant rants he consistently includes in all filings relating to anonymous bulletin board posters who are not part of this case, and which do not relate to any pending claim or defense. He then repeats the nonsensical allegation that “this Court has been defrauded into being a vehicle for the campaign of character assassination needed for the crimes at large,” presumably not referring to the activity of his own clowns but unidentified “crimes” that are not part of this case and which he believes have been committed by anonymous people intent on victimizing his clients, or by the SEC. These irrelevant musings of clownfish are not “evidence” and should be ignored.
6. Mr. clownfish abusive tactics and personal attacks on counsel are well documented in the record. He has publicly and repeatedly accused SEC attorneys by name of crimes and unprofessional behavior without ever attaching a single shred of evidence and even though there is no pending claim or defense to which his abusive allegations relate. He has now gone too far by sending the Court a letter he hopes to hide from the public wherein he flatly misrepresents Plaintiff’s position and accuses counsel of disobeying the Court’s orders and engaging in unprofessional conduct, none of which even has a hint of truth to it.
7. Plaintiff objects to the Letter and the misrepresentations therein, and asks the Court to award Plaintiff appropriate sanctions against Clownfish and his cabana boys for this unprofessional behavior.
