I don't believe there is any dilution with the bought deal. The unit price is $3.50. The conversion price on the warrants is $4.25 and the conversion price on the debentures is $4. All prices are above the recent high of $3.29. I think the deal to raise 70 million is a great deal for the company and shareholders. The new investors are expressing great confidence in this company based on the terms of the deal (assuming it closes with the disclosed terms). The share price was so far above the moving averages that a correction was technically due. This condition existed for many of the MJ stocks and many sharp corrections are in progress. I think ABCCF will be one of the leading stocks in the next leg of the MJ bull.
