Quick question.....


I'm an amateur so any input is greatly appreciated...

I bought about 1.3M shares in July and another 1.3 M in January...

hypothetically, if I decide to try and sell all my shares for instance on August 30 of this year....

Does it all get taxed as a long term capital gain or will half be taxed as a short term and half as a long term?
