Now we will see if it is all about dilution. Few shares left, so it's either borrow $(prospectus), live off of $$$ generated, or RS. DP has said a RS is only for uplist or to bring in investors. Next few months, the cards will be played one way or another. My bet is on a big investor to finance acquisitions. Long since .067
