sorry, also look at where the land is leased. That's what he did with STEVIA. He leased the land to the company and made millions off of it. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that this is the same plot of land and he is "leasing" it to them too. I google earthed the land he leased to STEVIA and it was a desert with a vacant building about the size of an outhouse on it. Not a single stevia plant. His wife owned the land and they called it their corporate headquarters. They too had a 30 year lease on the land. The rent was something like $500,000 a year. Like you said.....great gig if you can get it.
