For the people that are suggesting that the long wait to put out a PR as a sign of negative news coming, do you have anything specifically you think could be reported? I'm not saying you are wrong nor am I looking to argue. Just curious why one might think that considering that there was an immediate release saying...
"The package included information on BICX102, as well as the proposed development plan for commercialization. As a result of the meeting, the Company plans to move forward with the product as anticipated."
Specifically that last part alludes to the fact that they are moving forward AS PLANNED. So now unless this is a lie and they are going to change their stance...I'm not sure what more they could of said.
In addition, a direct Brady quote is "We look forward to providing a more thorough update as soon as we receive and review the meeting minutes from the FDA as to confirm all items verbally discussed."
So again unless he is straight out lying, I don't see what could be negative. I actually think the part that says an update is coming soon as they "review the meeting minutes...to confirm all items verbally discussed," as potentially a major plus side.
What if they are getting fast tracked but wanted to make sure they have WRITTEN confirmation from FDA before reporting something that potentially was misunderstood? Not saying that is 100%, but I actually think it is a plus that they are being so thorough and providing full clarity. Normally penny stock PR are speaking out of two sides of their mouth.
At this point having read how much the NIH and FDA have discussed MAT as the future of opiod addiction treatment, I can't imagine BICX releasing this PR and trying to hide anything negative. My only real concern is how they will be financing this next step. Once they get FDA approved, there is no reason this thing isn't worth dollars easy.
