I made my point. I, personally, would not expose myself to a large equity position in this stock until such time as the preferred $10MM authorised stock was terminated.

I see risk where you do not. Perhaps, I am correct, perhaps you are correct. Only time will tell.

In the meantime there are many promising stocks that do not have open ended authorised preferred/convertible authorised schemes. i will invest in those type of stocks that have eliminate the preffered/convertible debenture 'death spiral' risk.

That is the IPIX opportunity cost as i see it.
