That's where I use it as well hence the roll-on is better than the patches since they DO move unless they have improved them. The first patch I took out crumbled and I didn't even get it on the right way :(. The patches are supposed to last 5 days and I may try them again in a couple of months to see if they have changed them back to the originals. They stayed on and kept the pain away 4-5 days and they were only 5 CM X 5 CM. $$$BIEI$$
