You said it would BK in 2017. You dont know if it will or not. yes the fundamentals look like it is will happen but nearly every Pinky/OTC looks that way. Long shots happen and when they do they are huge. ONE big contract and this thing pops. No contracts, it dies. BK wont happen until mid 2019 even without a single contract this year as investors will keep open for at least another year.
