Your investment was intentionally stolen from you. If there was any way the company was going to compensate existing share holders they would have announced a plan to do so.

Legal action is called for. It certainly would not cost much money to form a committee and get a consultation from a good securities attorney. Unlike most pinks that are delisted, PFSD has assets and is an operating entity.
