The financials will not be in compliance with SEC rules until ECOS supplies the SEC with an 'audited' 10-K for 2016. Hence they have not been able to issue any registered shares (per their DEF14c). The "current' status shown on the OTCMarkets site was likely put there by ECOS itself?

LRS announced they suspended their food waste pick-up services from Dec. 15 to April 1. The Digester may be still be 'operational' and available for waste dropped off by others, but no one knows the extent of the output (or value) of any of that? Everyone had already been told what they just told J on the phone lol.
