Is pejorative and infers that these shareholders/ investors took advantage of Worlds. They absolutely did not! They took a long shot gamble when the price was below $.01 and no guarantee that Worlds would survive the IPR challenge or could afford it. They gave the company the funds to fight the IPR and appeals. Without them Where would Worlds stand? Now that Worlds has a growing war chest it can pursue additional litigation and sends a clear and loud signal to Activision and Bungie that Worlds is not going anywhere.
Some on this board are under the misguided impression that their purchase of stock somehow funds the company and that money to fund the IPR and appeal as well a future litigation comes for free.
