At this point I'm just patiently waiting for them to roll NextCoal into this, all the signs point to that being the direction, we just don't have a time frame.

But IMO it's worth waiting, because this has all the elements of a huge homerun.

- tiny share structure (2.5M o/s 259K float)
- multi-millionaire ownership
- high insider ownership % (90%)
- company officers with a proven track record of success, including taking OTC companies to the big boards
- hot industry (Renewable Energy and Blockchain)
- recent change of control
- etc, etc
