Unfortunately, a lot of Shares will hit the Market in the next view Months when all this Toxix Gangs starting to convert. The only way that Management can resolve this problem is to find a non-toxic Group who will take over all outstanding notes worth over one million, payout these guys and get with Management on a long term. But this is not an easy job based on what happened in the last days/weeks. Normally an S-1 registration would help to raise funds for payback Debt Obligation but they are married with one of these Toxic Guys and therefore is useless.
