The most recent filing was where the 500 M potential warrants was introduced, they are not priced yet, but logic to me is delcath had to sweeten the pot with warrants. Investors like to get warrants, I support a rational financing scheme.

If the company receives $22.5 million or more when the dust settles, that is a big time win for those who believe a good valuation on end of phase 3, phase 3 giddy up
