It took from 12-21-2017 to 1-11-2018 for Delfin to announce the closing of buying the 312m shares from previous owners. 3 weeks by the time we got that offical word, done deal Delfin owns 71%.
IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE THEY TOOK OWNERSHIP.
We are talking about various billion dollar companies with various interests, for sure we know Enbridge owns 5% of Fairwood.
I just can't imagine they would be ready to announce the R/M in less time it took them to close the deal to buy this shell.
